Hi, I'm Amanda!

There was a point in my life where everything felt like it was falling apart.

My body was in constant pain from undiagnosed endometriosis and adenomyosis. I was broke, exhausted, overwhelmed, and trying to hold everything together while quietly burning out.

​

Meditation wasn’t something I found because life was calm and balanced, I found it because I was desperate for relief.

​

What started as simple moments of stillness eventually became the turning point that helped me rebuild my life from the inside out.

​

Today I combine that lived experience with professional training in meditation and mindset coaching to help others regulate their nervous systems, release chronic stress, and reconnect with themselves.

​

Because when your nervous system is supported and regulated, everything changes.
