My work exists for one reason: to help people step out of survival mode and reconnect with calm, clarity, and control in their lives.

But this work didn’t start from theory or training.
It started from a point in my life where everything felt like it was falling apart.

MY STORY

There was a point in my life where everything felt like it was falling apart.

​

My body was in constant pain from undiagnosed endometriosis and adenomyosis. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and trying to hold everything together while quietly burning out.

​

Meditation wasn’t something I found because life was calm and balanced, I found it because I was desperate for relief.

​

What started as simple moments of stillness eventually became the turning point that helped me rebuild my life from the inside out.

​

As I began learning more about meditation, mindset, and nervous system regulation, I started sharing what I was practicing with people close to me. The changes I saw in myself, and in them, made it clear that this work had the power to genuinely help people.

​

That realisation led me to deepen my training and become a certified life coach and meditation instructor.

​

Today I combine my lived experience with professional training to help people regulate their nervous systems, release chronic stress, and reconnect with themselves.

​

Through Yoga Nidra, guided relaxation, and practical mindset tools, my work supports people to step out of survival mode and move toward a calmer, clearer way of living.

​

Because when your nervous system is supported, everything begins to change, your clarity, your energy, your decisions, and the way you experience your life.
