Between the demands of work and the pressures people carry outside of it, sustained mental load and constant stimulation can leave many employees operating in a prolonged stress response.

When this happens it becomes harder to think clearly, regulate emotions, recover from pressure, and maintain consistent performance.

Over time this can contribute to cognitive overload, decision fatigue, reduced focus, increased stress and burnout risk, all of which impact both employee wellbeing and organisational performance.

Supporting employees to regulate their nervous systems is one of the most effective ways to restore clarity, resilience and sustainable performance at work.

The Approach

I guide teams through a structured deep-rest practice known as Yoga Nidra.

​

This neuroscience-supported method helps the brain and body shift out of stress response and into a state where recovery, clarity, and regulation become possible again.

​

Unlike traditional meditation practices, Yoga Nidra is fully guided and accessible for beginners.

​

Participants simply lie down comfortably while I guide them through the session.

​

No meditation experience is required.

How Sessions Work

Sessions are designed to be simple and accessible for teams.

During the session:

• Employees lie down comfortably in a quiet space
• I guide them through a structured Yoga Nidra practice
• The session supports deep mental, physical, and emotional recovery

​

Sessions are delivered in person, with additional guided audio tools provided so employees can continue using the practices beyond the session.

Session Options

Workplace Nervous System Reset Session - 60 minutes

​

1–10 people: $299
11–30 people: $399
30+ people: $499

​

Organisations also receive two guided workplace tools:

​

Desk Reset: A short practice employees can use during the workday to reset and refocus.

​

Deep Reset: A 25-minute guided Yoga Nidra session staff can use at home or outside of work to support ongoing nervous system regulation.
