Between the demands of work and the pressures people carry outside of it, sustained mental load and constant stimulation can leave many employees operating in a prolonged stress response.

The Approach
I guide teams through a structured deep-rest practice known as Yoga Nidra.
​
This neuroscience-supported method helps the brain and body shift out of stress response and into a state where recovery, clarity, and regulation become possible again.
​
Unlike traditional meditation practices, Yoga Nidra is fully guided and accessible for beginners.
​
Participants simply lie down comfortably while I guide them through the session.
​
No meditation experience is required.

How Sessions Work
Sessions are designed to be simple and accessible for teams.

• I guide them through a structured Yoga Nidra practice

Sessions are delivered in person, with additional guided audio tools provided so employees can continue using the practices beyond the session.

1–10 people: $299
11–30 people: $399
30+ people: $499

Organisations also receive two guided workplace tools:

Desk Reset: A short practice employees can use during the workday to reset and refocus.
​
Deep Reset: A 25-minute guided Yoga Nidra session staff can use at home or outside of work to support ongoing nervous system regulation.
